SMS Defence Solutions is an Australian engineering solution and services provider with offices in Melbourne,
Adelaide and Ballarat, Australia. Our company infrastructure supports development and consulting activities
both in-house and at client premises Australia-wide.
Since company formation in 1994, SMS Defence Solutions has grown to a total of 40 staff supporting annual revenues
of $4-5M. SMS Defence Solutions has developed an enviable reputation in the international engineering community
through a commitment to delivering high quality services and products.
SMS Defence Solutions's expertise in systems and software engineering extends across the whole project
lifecycle - from capability analysis and project specification through to integration, testing,
project management, product development, training and support. We use mature methodologies,
procedures and toolsets to ensure the highest quality outcome for project-related studies and system development.
SMS Defence Solutions now has an international client base and offices located in Melbourne, Adelaide
and Ballarat, and is planning a Canberra office in 2006/2007.
We invest a substantial amount in R&D projects and internally-sponsored product development
and our product stable currently comprises a range of specialist simulators and other advanced software products.
In recognition of our continuing successful growth, we were awarded by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu
as one of the fastest growing technology companies in the Australian region in the
Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in 2003.
We also received an award in the Asia-Pacific Fast 500
in 2004 as being one of the fastest growing companies in the Asia-Pacific region.
