SMS Defence Solutions is supporting Tenix on the implementation of the Mine and Obstacle Avoidance Sonar
(MOAS) to the ANZAC ships as part of Project SEA 1348 Phase 3
(Anzac Ship Project Underwater & Surface Ware Fighting Upgrade Program).
The aim of the MOAS is to warn of mines or other obstacles in the path of the ship.
SMS Defence Solutions’s contribution is in the provision of engineering management services.
